What is a Maximum Player?

A Maxium Player is a Position Player or Pitcher who reached the level of 32.000 PEVA in any single regular season.  This level represents a level for a Cy Young or MVP candidate and is very difficult to achieve.  The maxium level of 32.000 is also the highest level that is included in SPRO salary projection modeling as it represents a level where all players who achieve it are considered at the highest level for payroll considerations.
